1. Information on personal data
The administrator of personal data collected through this website is PANBILET SP Z O. O. SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA with its registered office in Koszalin, hereinafter referred to as "PanBilet". The company is registered at Własna street 6 in Koszalin under the KRS number 0000734740, NIP number 6692547165 and REGON number: 380386456. PanBilet distributes tickets for cultural and entertainment events.
2. Contact with the Administrator of personal data
The personal data administrator has appointed an internal personal data inspector who can be contacted by email at: ido@panbilet.pl. You can also contact us by mail, and the address for correspondence is: IDO – PanBilet, Własna street 6, 75-377 Koszalin.
3. Type of collected data, method and period of processing
3.1. Data on the implementation of orders
The data we collect when placing an order is name, email address and telephone number. This is the data necessary to complete the booking and provide tickets in PDF format. Additionally, in the case of traditional tickets, delivered by registered mail or courier, we collect the correspondence address. In this situation, these data are transferred to the postal company or courier, respectively, for the purpose of delivery. We store this data until the contract expires, but with the proviso that they may be stored for the purposes of complaint handling, statistical and settlement purposes in situations where it is required or permitted in accordance with applicable law. PanBilet can process (e.g. store or analyze) the acquired data, enabling the buyer and seller of the tickets: effective conclusion of the contract, sending messages, communicating with others, verifying tickets or making payments.
3.2. Data on email subscriptions
We collect e-mail addresses in conjunction with the name of the city, province and a specific category of events to the subscribers database in order to send by e-mail specific information about events from a given city, province in accordance with a specific category of events. The retention period for these data lasts until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe yourself or by reporting any of the contact paths with PanBilet.
3.3. Data collected automatically
The data we collect automatically are IP numbers obtained at the time of entering the website and used to display events from the vicinity of the location from which they originate. Please also agree to share your geolocation data by which we narrow down the list of events presented to those that take place closest to the place of consent. You can turn off sharing of this data on your end device at any time.
3.4. Data collected by external partners
In addition, we use the data provided by Google Analytics and Facebook for statistical purposes, these are data related to "cookies" and remain anonymous.
4. Security of processed data
The basic security when sending personal data is SSL prophets that encrypt the connection of the guest's terminal device with our server. We use cookies to present content on the site (e.g. by displaying events in the area and the interest of guests) and for statistical purposes.
6. The right to edit data, access it or object
Each person whose personal data is processed by the Administrator has the following rights: the right to access data, the right to rectify and supplement it, the right to delete, the right to limit processing, the right to transfer data and the right to object. The detailed scope of the above rights has been published in the REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). All notifications regarding the willingness to exercise the above rights should be directed to the internal personal data inspector appointed by the Administrator, whose contact details are given in point 2 of this privacy policy.
7. Consent to Privacy Policy
By using the Administrator's website, you agree to all these terms of the privacy policy. If you do not agree with any of the provisions of this policy, please do not use the site and do not send any personal information.
8. Final Provisions
In case of an inspection by the GIODO (Chief Inspectorate for Personal Data Protection) data may be made available to employees of that Inspectorate in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The personal data administrator reserves the right to edit this privacy policy by publishing a new version available on this site and in force since its new publication.
